Paddy has more than three decades of technology based expertise in systems analysis and design, from stints in the Navy and outside. He believes that the next wave of productivity improvements in organizations will come when ‘frontliners’ are engaged and empowered. This will come about when learning ecosystems are created and structured to leverage an organization’s vast knowledge base.

A certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor, he is an ardent advocate of the efficacy of an integrated approach to Performance Improvement initiatives. His special interests are in improving Workforce and Project productivity through team based synergy and integrating technology based automation tools in organizational workflows.

An ardent learner, he is passionate about HD based video compositing and its use in Virtual Reality based learning. He is also equally keen on the use of deep instructional design with limited media inputs in low cost e-Learning which he feels is the key to creating a successful Teaching and Learning Organization.

An alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, he has Masters degrees in Physics and Software Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay) and BITS, Pilani.
