Overseeing this team is a Project Management framework which is based on a combination of Crystal Clear and Scrum – two agile methodologies. This team has created some of the finest content for schools across the globe designed by our award winning developers. To produce high quality products that would be the bench mark for the industry, we have built state of the art infrastructure to back our talented team.
At the heart of our company are our R&D centre and MediaLab which drive our production effort. Our instructional design expertise, media skills and software engineering depth are based on the inputs from our labs and help provide cutting edge products.
We have developed customized processed for developing interactive eLearning content driven by years of experience in experimenting with learning paradigms that work. We don’t believe that the best eLearning solutions are made with linear presentations of content which pays little attention to the psychology of the learner. Our solutions involve the learner with context relevant scenarios that leverages learning outcomes to maximize business results. Management Team
Padmanabhan K
Paddy has more than three decades of technology based expertise in systems analysis and design, from stints in the Navy and outside. He believes that the next wave of productivity improvements in organizations will come when ‘frontliners’ are engaged and empowered. This will come about when learning ecosystems are created and structured to leverage an organization’s vast knowledge base.
A certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor, he is an ardent advocate of the efficacy of an integrated approach to Performance Improvement initiatives. His special interests are in improving Workforce and Project productivity through team based synergy and integrating technology based automation tools in organizational workflows.
An ardent learner, he is passionate about HD based video compositing and its use in Virtual Reality based learning. He is also equally keen on the use of deep instructional design with limited media inputs in low cost e-Learning which he feels is the key to creating a successful Teaching and Learning Organization.
An alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, he has Masters degrees in Physics and Software Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay) and BITS, Pilani.
Ramadevi S
Prior to co-founding KnowledgeQ, Rama was a consultant to Anand Engineering - a manufacturing company, and before that - AVP (Projects) at Hurix Systems – an e-Learning company. She brings with her over 25 years of process design, information systems and e-Learning experience garnered in the Indian Navy and the corporate world. Whilst her primary skills lie in the development of interactive multimedia, her recent efforts have been in marketing.
Rama has worked in a number of award winning multimedia products and treasures each moment of their creation. Because of her project background, her client interaction is based on a solid grasp of client needs and the efficacy or otherwise of the learning process. When discussions at KnowledgeQ take flight on the wings of fantasy, hers is the level headed voice which brings it back to the realms of reality.
An ardent canine lover, she plans to invest her savings in a state of the art community dog shelter in the not so distant future.
